Shipping Policies
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders placed after 2 p.m. on Fridays through the weekend MST will not be processed until the following Monday, as our warehouse is closed on weekends. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed within 1-5 business days after the holiday.
Express Domestic Shipping
All deliveries are made on business days Monday - Friday, excluding any Holidays.
Orders placed with expedited shipping will be processed and shipped the same day if they are placed before 10:00 a.m. MST. If your order is placed after 10:00 a.m. MST, it will be processed and shipped the next business day. Some locations are not serviced by USPS overnight from our warehouse based in Colorado. Please take that into account when selecting expedited shipping as it may affect your expected delivery date. We cannot guarantee shipments will be delivered on weekends.
Domestic Delivery
Typically, your package should be delivered to you within 3-9 business days after it has left our warehouse in Colorado Springs. Curvy Girl Knits is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend you contact the carrier to file a claim or your local authorities.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico Shipping Methods
Depending on your delivery location your shipping methods may only be available to ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2 Day or Priority Overnight. These options are based on carrier restrictions, we are unable to make changes to your shipping methods.
Military Shipping Methods
All APO and FPO military orders are only available to ship via USPS Priority Mail.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to a few international destinations. If your county is not listed, please contact us and we will see if we can accommodate your order. ************* customerservice@curvygirlknits/shopify.com
We strive to process your order within 3-5 business days after placing your order. All international orders are shipped via DHL. Typically, your package should be delivered to you within 10-15 business days after leaving our warehouse. This may vary depending on the Customs process in the destination country.
All international shipments are shipped once all items ordered are available. They are shipped in one package unless customer requests separate shipments at an additional charge.
The carrier cost and speed depend on location and customer preference. Please note that this fee does not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region. If you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and/or customs charges in the local currency. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
Curvy Girl Knits, LLC, is not responsible for any country specific tariffs or duties. If you used a promo code or received any discount on your order, you will be charged taxes or duties on the original prices. Curvy Girl Knits will not alter any invoices or pricing, in an attempt to avoid international fees or charges.
International orders ship in 2-4 business days.
LOST & DAMAGED ORDERS
On the rare occasion, Curvy Girl Knits, LLC. shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any services provided. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused during shipment is the responsibility of the postal service/courier. Curvy Girl Knits, LLC does not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen items.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We try to help when delays in delivery happen, but we cannot issue a refund on any portion of shipping unless the carrier approves a refund on shipping charges.
All packages are shipped to the provided address. If your address is not verified, you will be contacted via email or text message to verify your address.
If your address is not valid, the processing time is longer. Please make sure your address includes zip code and apt number if applicable.
Curvy Girl Knits is not responsible for undeliverable packages. Undeliverable packages will be returned to the sender and the customer will be contacted to update their address. Customer will be charged a shipping fee to reship a package that was returned.
